Pk Modulation of Haptenylated Peptides via Non-Covalent Antibody Complexation
Eike Hoffmann
Senior Scientist, Roche Diagnostics GmbH
Dr. Eike Hoffmann heads a protein biochemistry lab within Roche Pharma Research in Penzberg, FRG. Her Ph.D. Thesis covered the development of cyclic Neuropeptide Y analogs with high Y2-receptor selectivity. Subsequently she joined the Medicinal Chemistry unit at Boehringer Mannheim GmbH focusing on stabilizing analogs of Glucagon-like peptide 1 and Parathyroid hormone. In the Nutley site of Roche, she developed small molecule combinatorial libraries. Since 2001 Eike worked in the Penzberg site of Roche, initially on the synthesis and preparative LC-MS purification of kinase inhibitors. Her current responsibilities include purification and characterization of novel and engineered biologics.
